Evaluation of Serum C-Reactive protein in patients with urinary tract infection and its relationship

The main purpose of this study was determination of relation between CRP level of Blood and urinary tract infections. In addition, the relation between CRP level of blood and the urinary tract infection agent was investigated.
In total 2400 samples were collected from the patient suspected to (UTI) during 5 months in 1393. For there more blood sample of all UTI patients was collected parallel with collection of urine sample collected. To continue the study CRP level of blood sample was determined using two methods. After verify testing of UTI positive of the same patient with urinary tract infection were determined by observation of 105The results obtained indicated that out of 100 positive UTI samples 69% was Escherichia coli, 10% klebsiella, 5% enterobacter, 6% enterococcus, 2% stophylococcus and 3% the other bacteria.
The results obtained indicated that the level of CRP in the UTI patients increased of to 56.8%. In addition No relation was found between the level of CRP and the type of the bacterial agents.
Generally, the level of CRP might be depended on the infections even urinary tract infections and the other hard, CRP level is not depended on the type of the bacterial infection.
