This study is quasi-experimental with pretest and post-test and control group. The statistical population included all patients dependent on residential and semi-residential drug addiction treatment centers have been Yasouj. Number of 40 patients selected by available sampling method and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The instrument used in this study are based on the was Beck Depression Inventory and the clinical interview and diagnose of depressed patients were enrolled. group cognitive Hypnotherapy intervention model on experimental group received 8 sessions of one hour and a half and was implemented just once a week, no intervention control group received nothing. After Intervention both groups (experimental and control) the test was performed. In order to analyze the data collected was analyzed using covariance analysis.
