The effect of ethical climate on trust in teamwork with meditation role of ethical behavior (study case: among employees of Azad University of Najaf Abad)

The purpose of this research was the effect of ethical climate on trust in teamwork among employees of Azad University of Najaf Abad with meditation role of ethical behavior. Research type is descriptive correlative. The statistical population consisted all of staff's in Azad University of Najaf Abad (N=415) that by Cocran Formula and simple randomized sampling 200 ones were chosen as sample. To gathering datas used from three questionnaire ethical climate in 26 items, trust in teamwork with 12 items and ethical behavior with 40 items in terms of 5 likert scales. Questionnaires content & construction validity confirmed. Through Cronbach alpha coefficient, reliability coefficients were obtained equal to 0.83 for ethical climate, 0.79 for trust in teamwork and 0.87 for ethical behavior. Data analyses done in two level descriptive & inferential statistics through Spss & Amos softwares. Finding showed mean of ethical climate, trust in teamwork and ethical behavior were upper than average (3). Correlation coefficient showed ethical climate and ethical behavior have positive & significant effect on trust in teamwork. Also stepwise regression revealed ethical climate through ethical behavior have positive & significant effect on trust in teamwork.
