A Study of The Relationships between Organizational Culture and organizational learning With Utilization of Denison Model in the Iran Electronics Industries

this study examines the relationship between Dennison organizational culture model and organizational learning in Sairan Co. Present study is an applicable study regarding its purpose and in terms of data collecting and analysis method, it is descriptive and correlational type. Statistical population of the research was 274 members consisted of managers and engineers which by using Morgan table, 170 of them were selected as statistical sample. Data collection tool is a questionnaire of 48 closed response questions that is adjusted on a fiveitem Likert scale. In order to check the validity, the questionnaire was provided to the number of industry and university experts. and their comments and suggestions were applied in the questionnaire. To check the reliability, the Chronbach’s alpha formula was used and the alpha value of 968% indicates appropriate validity of the questionnaire. Data obtained from the questionnaire by using statistical descriptive and inferential methods were analyzed with SPSSwin18 software. Research results show that there is a 73% correlation among the two main variables of organizational culture and organizational learning. Also, from Sairan Co. directors and engineer’s point of views, between every four aspects of Denison major models Organizational Culture and Organizational Learning, there is a positive significant relationship of 63% and 61%, respectively. The existence of this relationship indicates the cultural importance of considering to environmental changes and attention to learning and innovation in activities related to the production, sharing and applying knowledge in Sairan Co.
