Study the effect of Tilia extract on gene expression of caspase 3 and caspase 9 in canine mammary gland cancer cell line

This study is for the effect of Tilia extract on gene expression of caspase 3 and caspase 9 in canine mammary gland cancer cell line. During this survey Tilia is extracted and has been farming and passage the mammary gland cancer cell line CF41.Mg. After that treating the cell lines in the 24 ,48 , 72 hours with dosage 5 ,10 , 25 ,50 , 100 mg/ml has been done from the essence of the Tilia. Regarding to the examining of the alive cells have been used through the MTT assay approach. For understanding of the involving mechanism to inspire the death of the cells in the referring period of time and RNA was extracted and cDNA was spread. The rate of explaining the genes cas3, cas9 through the use of the special primers in them whit RT-PCR and also qRT-PCR has been studied. According to the result activeness of the anti tumor of this extract after 48 hours whit dose of 25 mg/ml has been effective. More over , the conclusion of the examination of RT-PCR symptom of the description about the cas3,cas9 genes in treating sample among 24 ,48,72 hours . The consequences of this survey has verified and tells the effect of the control flavenoids on the extract of Tilia in reproduction of the cell lines CF41.Mg .
