Qualitative Analysis of the Documentation Process in the National Library and Archives of Iran: a Research Based on the Grounded Theory

Pathology of Issues and Problems in the Documentation Section of the National Library and Archives of Iran and its solutions This research is carried out with qualitative method, Grounded Theory approach, using deep interviews with experts and experts in the field of documentation of the National Library of Iran. After the investigation, the damages and problems were identified in 6 categories of human resources, documentation process, management, standards and the relationship between the documentation sector and other groups and organizations. Manpower is an effective determinant of the issues and problems that exist in this group. In addition, management, especially manpower management, was recognized as a major issue.
