Abstract:
Supply chain management is a set of used methods for the efficient integration of suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and sellers to reduce system costs, satisfy service needs, and place the appropriate number of products at the right place and right time. The present study aimed to identify and rank the supply chain damages using the analytic network process. In this study, first the damages were identified in four clusters of supply, production, supply, and support of Golestan Company's suppliers. Then, the effectiveness of the damages on each other and their weight was obtained and ranked using the analytic network process. Using the multi-criteria decision-making technique of network process analysis, which includes the interaction of factors on each other, is one of the characteristics of this research. Based on the obtained results, the most significant supply chain damages included logistics, distribution, competition, and changing market tastes. As predicted, logistic damages and distribution had the maximum effect on the supply chain.
