Optimal Maintenance Support Budget Allocation Model of Iran Police
Optimal allocation of logistic resources is an effort to make the best use of retention funds and logistic funds to make the most of resources that are usually inadequate and scarce in economic terms. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of optimal budget allocation as one of the important and effective tools in carrying out the mission of the organization. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population includes the provincial deputies, managers, and experts of the Iran Police Deputy Chief of Staff, who are 85 in number. Data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.904. The results of the analysis using PLS software indicate that the dimensions of the optimal allocation model for maintenance and support budget in the order of priority are as follows: assignment cycle with 0.92, time with 0.82, and statistics with 0.62 factor load. Also, the component "allocation" in the dimension of the transfer cycle, the component of "approval" in the dimension of time and the component "validated" in the dimension of statistics have higher priority than the other components.
