The present study aimed to evaluate the role of emotional intelligence in the administrative Health Promotion Police Organization (Police University). The research method is descriptive The hypothesis that the role of emotional intelligence and its components in the administrative Health Promotion police organization and also the relationship between demographic variables (gender, age and education) with the components of emotional intelligence and the intelligence deals. To collect data, a questionnaire, with the whole 5-point Likert scale is used. Our questionnaire contains 40 questions that the first 16 questions related to the independent variable on the dependent variable EQ and a 24-question final administrative health that content validity was confirmed by a number of experts and relevant specialists; As well as its reliability using Cronbach's alpha for the questionnaire (EQ= 874/0 and administrative health= 919/0) was approved. For confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling AMOS software was used. In general, all the components of emotional intelligence and the intelligence and significant direct impact on health promotion office were police organization, Among these emotional control has the highest impact on the health promotion office.
