Measuring the Validity of Personality Performance Instruments of the Commanders and Mangers of NAJA (Analysis of Investigative and Approving Factor)

Measuring the performance is one of the important subsystems of human resource management and in military organizations compared to other organizations this issue is more complicated and demands accurate and more measurement in different levels. The main purpose of this study is to provide an instrument to evaluate personality indicators of managers and commanders of NAJA. To do so a random sample of manages and commanders in NAJA has been selected and they have been asked to categorize the rate of balance of every personality indicator in meritocracy system on a continuum according to their importance. In the stage evaluation and analysis of data, after evaluating statistical hypotheses of data, the personality features of indicators and the questions according to classic theory (CTT) and Interrogation-reply theory (IRT) and using statistical software -Statistica, Multilog- have been determined and some of the indicators have been omitted by this way. Then using the technique of investigative and approving factor first and second grade, personality indicators of commanders and managers in 13 indicators have been determined and in three factors of creativity, flexibility, self confidence and patience and problem solving have been classified.
