The Study of Social Factors Impacting on the Life Quality of Employees of Education Department in Kowsar

The present research was conducted will the aim to study the social factors impacting on the life quality of employees of education department in Kowsar city. It was done using survey method, and face validity was employed in order to promote the validity of the questionnaire scales. Its reliability was obtained using Cronbach’s Alpha (higher than 0.75 for all variables). The statistical universe of this research consisted of all employees of education department in Kowsar city (380 individuals according to figures given by general department of education). Cookran’s general formula was employed to select the sample size. Thus according to the formula, 191 individuals were selected. Since that statistical universe was so extensive, simple random sampling technic was utilized. Two descriptive and inferential technics were selected to analyze data using SPSS software. After preparing matrix table, data were set in the framework of one-dimensional and two-dimensional tables. Research results indicated that the life quality of employees of education department in Kowsar is Lower than average and there is a meaningful relationship between independent variables of life style, social capital, cultural capital, and economic capital from one side, and the dependent variable of life quality from the other side.
