Organizational Empowerment of Managers and Commanders of NAJA: Aspects and Validity Measurement Based on Structural Models of Equation
This research has been conducted studying 1562 cases of managers and commanders of NAJA among whom there were members of administrative council of the province and its main purpose was finding the value of the questionnaire of empowerment derived from Laschinjer et al. (2001, 2004) and Kahale and Gither (2007) and determining the amount of each of the six elements there of, including opportunity, information, support, sources, formal power and informal power among the participants. In this research, after translating the questionnaire and finding the value of its translation and data collection, we used Cross Validation Method. Therefore, repliers to the two parts were randomly divided and in the first case, the analysis of the discovery element and in the second case, the analysis of the confirmatory element has been done. In addition to the corroboration of the six elements, the amount of each and correlation between them were confirmed.
