Investigating The Effect of Organizational Leadership Factors on the Tendency to Whistle (Case study: Sima, Manzar and Urban Green Space Staff of Karaj Municipality)
Organizational whistling is one of the important concepts that deals with people’s perception of the occurrence of illegal events, ethics, etc. and is very important for organizations, because on the one hand it may damage the reputation and credibility of the organization and on the other hand it may lead to identify unwanted errors and prevent problems from getting worse. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational leadership factors on the desire to whistle the staff of Sima, Manzar and Urban Green Space of Karaj Municipality. This research is applied and descriptive survey. Data collection tool of this research is a standard questionnaire that was distributed to 162 people based on Cochran’s formula. In the present study, referring to the opinion of experts and professors on the validity of the measurement tool, the measurement of research variables has been ensured and the questionnaire is reliable considering the size of Cronbach’s alpha (0.816). In this research, Smart PLS software has been used to analyze the data. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational leadership and exchange-oriented leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational leadership and organizational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the tendency to whistle.
