Investigating The Effect of Psychological Capital on Job Burnout(Case Study: Alborz Police Command Staff)
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of psychological capital on job burnout of Iran Police employees studied by Alborz Disciplinary Command in 1398. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The statistical population includes all employees of Alborz Disciplinary Command who have been selected by stratified random sampling method. To collect data, the Luthens Psychological Capital Standard Questionnaire (2007) covering the dimensions of hope, resilience, optimism and self-efficacy, and the standard questionnaire of job burnout based on the model of Moshler and Jackson (1981) surveying the dimensions of emotional fatigue, personal success and depersonalization were used. The content validity of this study has been confirmed and reliability has been confirmed through Cronbach's alpha for each of the questionnaires as 0.883, 0.9343, respectively. Kolmogorov-Smirnov and regression tests were used to analyze the data. The results show that psychological capital and its dimensions have a negative effect on employees' burnout; that is, job burnout decreases with increasing self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience.
