Abstract:
One of the most important issues for governments is always how to make legitimacy for government rules and regulations in order that they become most popular in the society. But since the law has been a product of human reason, or even if with a divine origin, they have been the result of human interpretation, it hasn’t had the potential to take all members of the community under the same umbrella. The main question in this article is that; is it possible to reduce the gap between people and the government so that there would be no need for such a use of force to maintain order and cohesion of the community? It seems that the internal laws of morality as universal standards often play an important role in defining boundaries of good and evil in every person’s mind and as an internal framework compeller appropriately reduce the need for force to implement the rules and increase workability of politics in progressing their goals. In this study, morality has not been looked at from perspective of different schools of thought and laid down norms for recognizing good from evil, but in terms of human nature as root of morality.
