Analysis of factors related to the establishment of Cybercrime using a Fuzzy approach
Cyberspace gives the perpetrator with a great opportunity to commit and conceal cybercrime that it’s threatens is far more than the real environment. The importance of the issue is that the results of nonconformity with economic, social, psychological and technical issues in this area threaten many of our principles and rules; therefore, it is necessary to identify and analyze factors related to the creation of cyber space crimes in order to prevent delinquency in cyberspace.
the present study is applicable in terms of practical purpose and in terms of method, descriptive - analytic. The population and the statistical sample of this study are all managers and experts on cyberspace crimes. The research sample includes 10 experts from Yazd Fata Police and the University of Science and Art, and the statistical population was large. In the following, three types of questionnaires were distributed among experts to collect data. The aim of distribution of this questionnaire was to identify factors and explain causal relations between them.
The low level factors of public awareness and users about how to use cyberspace, lack of guilt in the criminals, lack of income-generating occupation is one of the influential factors.
Determining the factors influencing cybercrime can be useful and effective in designing and selecting the best measures and policies for managers and decision makers in this area, especially for the NAJA.
