Providing a model of organizational agility in education departments based on information technology approach.
Organizational agility in recent years due to attention to ownership and management thinkers is supposed to be another requirement for empowering organizational agility of educational organizations that information technology is available due to re-viewing information. This research, which was conducted to provide a model of organizational agility based on the information technology approach, is an applied development that was conducted using a combination of sequential exploratory method and classification model. The statistical population of this study in the qualitative part included 17 experts and managers of education departments of Sistan and Baluchestan province who were selected for interview in a purpose-based, criterion-based and theoretically saturated method. Interviews were conducted using semi-structured interviews and document review. The statistical population in the quantitative part of staff (headquarters-administration) of education departments of Sistan and Baluchestan province in the academic year of 2019-2018 was 1503 people (including 32 cities), which according to Krejcie and Morgan table, 274 people were selected as a statistical sample and They answered a researcher-made questionnaire. In this study, statistical software MAXQDA, PLS and SPSS were used. For qualitative data analysis, content analysis method was used and for quantitative data analysis, factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used. The results of this study showed that information technology, accountability, competence, integrity, teamwork, speed and knowledge management have a role on organizational agility of employees, among which the variables of information technology, responsiveness, speed and teamwork have the most role.
