Assessing the Level of Maturity of Intellectual Capital Management of Iran Police Research and Studies

Intellectual capital has a knowledge-based and resource-based nature and is a set of intangible, strategic, unique and competitively resource resources that will bring benefits to the organization in the future. The purpose of this study is to provide a model to evaluate the ability of the organization in the management of intellectual capital in the field of research and studies of Iran Police.

This research has been done in terms of practical purpose and with a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was used to collect information. The statistical population is the managers and senior experts in the field of studies and research of the Iran Police headquarters and in order to measure the maturity of intellectual capital, a field study has been used and to evaluate the model, a descriptive study has been used in a sample of 79 people.

Iran Police Research and Studies Field follows a nonlinear pattern in implementing the characteristics of the five stages of puberty and simultaneously strives to realize the characteristics of the five stages. In addition, the realization rate of the initial level characteristics is higher than the assumed average.

Intellectual capital management in the field of Iran Police research in terms of organizational maturity is at the managed level and the management of the organization is aware of the importance of intellectual capital and is establishing the necessary infrastructure for its management. To reach the defined level and the next levels, the organization must focus on quantification, standardization and quantitative management, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, and ultimately continuous improvement of processes and innovation.
