Then all collected data were tested by path analysis, factor analysis, t-test single sample, and focal correlation. According to the research findings, the most impact of regeneration indices is the physical dimension with an average index of 3.11 and also, in lifes’ quality indices is the physical dimension with an average index of 2.90. In analyzing the effects of regeneration components on quality of life components, the most effect of regeneration with physical dimension consist components "access to services" with β = 0.44, and "buildings" with β = 0.25, and "access to urban highway and urban connections roads" with β = 0.17, ranked first to third, respectively. Therefore, only a number of development measures have been done in the physical part of this region, but it has not led to the improvement and promotion of citizens ‘life’ quality to the desired level, and this has caused dissatisfaction among residents.
