The affecting Factors on Voters Electoral behavior in Presidential Elections in 1400 (Case study of citizens of eight district of Tehran)
The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the electoral behavior of voters in the 1400 presidential election and to measure and analyze the impact of each of these factors. The present research is descriptive in terms of orientation, application and type of research using the survey method. The statistical population is the citizens of the eight districts of Tehran that 384 people have been selected as a statistical sample by systematic sampling method. Required data were collected using a questionnaire.The results of this study show that 26.3% of respondents are "very much or very much", 21.1% are "somewhat" and 52.6% are "more or less" willing to participate in elections. Meanwhile, the personality indicators of the candidates and the media style used by them are more influential on the electoral behavior of citizens than the indicators of the media institution and social institutions. Therefore, it can be said that the citizens in the study sample for electing the president are mostly based on the candidate's personality (efficiency and performance, work experience and management background, personal characteristics such as honesty, popularity and youth) and his media style (TV debates). And announcements and announced programs) determine their final choice for voting.
