Civil liability of the government against environmental disasters with a jurisprudential perspective from a sociological perspective

The importance of adequate compensation for environmental damage has recently attracted the attention of lawyers. The complexities of the nature of environmental damages and their compensation through a proper basis can be important reasons for legal disputes to compensate for these damages. In this article, entitled "Fundamentals of Government Civil Liability for Environmental Pollution," we seek analytically to answer the question of whether the government, like other individuals, is only responsible for compensating for environmental damage that occurs between actions or Is there a causal relationship between leaving his action and incurring losses? And which basis is more appropriate for the government to use to compensate for environmental pollution? Since the government protects the public interest and the people have the right to a healthy environment under various laws and regulations, it seems necessary to compensate for the losses that are not attributable to the government. When environmental pollution is attributable to the government, considering the government's sole responsibility for compensation will facilitate litigation and better compensate for environmental damage.
