Providing a model for replacing higher income generation (case study of Islamic Azad University of Tehran)
The aim of this study was to provide a model for succession in higher education. In order to collect the information of the present study, a qualitative part of the semi-structured interview and a quantitative part of a questionnaire were used. The qualitative statistical population consisted of experts from the scientific community and academic experts who had executive backgrounds at the decision-making levels who were purposefully selected and the number of experts in the qualitative department was 10 people. The quantitative statistical population includes all higher education administrators who were evaluated 500 people and using Cochran's formula 217 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling.The face and content validity of the data collection tool was confirmed by 30 experts and its reliability was obtained in a preliminary test with 30 subjects for all the studied variables above 0.7, which is acceptable To analyze the data in the qualitative part, the data theory method was used, and in the quantitative part, descriptive statistics methods were used with SPSS software version 22 and inferential statistics were used to model structural equations in Smart PLS software version 2 Qualitative results show that the data obtained from the interviews during the open, axial and selective coding process resulted in the emergence of the foundation data theory in the field of succession breeding. Causal factors affect the central phenomenon. Also, underlying factors, phenomena and intervention factors of succession breeding affect its strategies. On the other hand, succession strategies influence its consequences.
