The role of human capital strategies on improving job satisfaction (Case study: Bank Mellat Tehran Branches)
The purpose of this study, which is a descriptive survey in terms of practical purpose and nature of data, is to investigate the role of human capital strategies on improving job satisfaction. 250 employees of Bank Mellat Tehran branches were the statistical population of the study, which was selected as the sample size using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling method of 151 people. Data collection was based on standard questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using the structural equation approach and SmartPlus software. The results showed that human capital strategies have a positive and significant role in improving employee job satisfaction. It can be concluded that recruitment and employment strategies, human resource development strategy, performance management strategy, service compensation strategy and employee relations strategy can play a positive and significant role in improving job satisfaction.
