Evaluation of supply chain efficiency with a combined model of fuzzy data envelopment analysis and balanced scorecard in Tabriz automotive industry
The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of five active supply chains with the same structure with the combined model of fuzzy data envelopment analysis and balanced scorecard in Tabriz automotive industry and input and output data as triangular fuzzy numbers symmetrically entered into the model and model one output. The fuzzy number is an asymmetric triangle per decision unit, which indicates the performance of the supply chain. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method as a tool for designing performance evaluation indicators in four aspects; Finance; processes; The customer and the learning and growth of the manpower used, as well as the FDEA model used, has the ability to use definite and fuzzy data simultaneously and provide output in fuzzy, and based on this, the efficiency of five Azhatics car companies, Rakhsh. Calculate diesel car, Amico and diesel car of Azerbaijan. The type of applied-descriptive research and the measurement tool of the questionnaire, financial documents and information analysis method are the mathematical model of FDEA, BSC and sensitivity analysis. The results show that the efficiency of Azhatex is higher than other companies studied and the companies Amico, Siba Motor, Rakhsh Khodro, Azhaitex and diesel cars using sensitivity analysis and analysis of fuzzy data coverage are ranked. The numbers are 1, 4, 5, 2 and 3, respectively, which also increase with increasing confidence level of the fuzzy number center that determines the efficiency of supply chains.
