Dynamics of the effect of risk and trust on individual behaviors in virtual communities
Trust and risk are the most important factors affecting individual behavior in the social networking platform. Individual behaviors on social media are divided into three general types: acceptance behavior, sharing behavior, and buying behavior. The Impact of Trust and Risk on Individual Behaviors There are many complexities and complexities in social networking platforms. We need a dynamic model to understand how each of the variables affect trust and risk on individual behaviors. In this article, first, using the results of previous research and surveys, trust and risk were identified as the most important factors affecting individual behaviors in social networks. In the next step, using the system dynamics approach, causal diagrams between effective variables were modeled. The relationship between the identified variables was extracted according to the paired comparison questionnaire and previous research. Dynamic model of the effect of trust and risk on individual behaviors in social networks, in three subsystems: the effect of trust and risk on individual behaviors with emphasis on employee behavior, the effect of trust and risk on individual behaviors with emphasis on user interaction, and the effect of trust and risk on individual behaviors It was designed with emphasis on the skills and competencies of the providers.
