Systemic model of preventing corruption in the Endowment and Charity Organization

Corruption in various forms and its negative consequences is considered as a moral problem from the Islamic point of view and as a legal challenge. This phenomenon is due to some personal, economic, cultural, judicial and political factors. Corruption in its various forms, even in cultural institutions (such as the Endowment and Charity Organization), is taking on new dimensions day by day, leaving harmful social effects and causing people to distance themselves from administrative institutions and reduce public trust. Has been. The extent of land and property and the variety and abundance of endowment property in the country is such that by imagining small-scale violations in this area can include a large amount of corruption and the process of preventing the occurrence of this corruption . Can be complex and diverse. Therefore, it is inevitable to prepare a model of a system that is designed far from tastes and based on the standards applied from the perspective of jurisprudence and law. This research, which is done theoretically and practically and using library studies, tries to design a systematic model to prevent corruption by using jurisprudential and legal resources to protect the Endowment and Charity Organization. According to the research findings, the Endowment Organization, in order to protect this device, has to take scientific and practical measures. Also, in order to achieve maximum protection of the organization, designing a systematic model will be the best choice.
