Evaluate the Self- Efficacy and methods to increase that in the Police Personnel (NAJA) West Azerbaijan Province. A description of the survey methodology can be applied to the target. The population of the West Azerbaijan province police was investigating employees of which 370 persons were selected according to Morgan. To collect information from the questionnaire based on 4 factors of psychological theory Bandura, 42 questions were used. By professors confirm the Validity and Reliability of the questionnaire was 0.82. For analyzing data Was Used Kolmogorov-Smirnov Tests, One-Sample T-Test. The results showed that self-efficacy and its components, the experience of successful succession experience, verbal persuasion or social, emotional and physical states of the personnel in the police force are acceptable (P<0.05).
