Quality of work life and dimensions of psychological empowerment in Rahvar police officers
The issue of quality in both private and government organizations can be considered as an optimal strategy. This situation is especially important in financial and service organizations, and this is achieved by improving the capacity and quality of work life. The general purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and dimensions of psychological empowerment among Rahvar police officers in West Azerbaijan province. The statistical population in this study includes all Rahvar police officers in the mentioned province, which includes 130 randomly selected people. In this study, the tool is a questionnaire that is used to measure the quality of work life of Walton (1973) and to measure employee empowerment by the 15-item Spears Scale, which was validated by Abdollahi (2006) in Iran. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated by Cronbach's alpha method. Data analysis was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the quality of work life of employees with their sense of psychological empowerment. On the other hand, there is a significant positive relationship between the dimensions of quality of work life of employees and the development of human capabilities with their psychological empowerment. There is also a significant positive relationship between the quality of employees' working life and their psychological empowerment dimensions.
