An investigation of professional commitment and efficiency relation in security and order improvement among Guilan athletic police officers
This present paper aims to investigate professional commitment and efficiency relation in security and order improvement among Guilan athletic police officers. The fact of the matter is that one-hundred and twenty of athletic police officers have been chosen. To take account this investigation, the prepared professional commitment questionnaire (Allen, Mire, Smiths, 1993) and human sources efficiency (Henry, 1382) have been analyzed by experts and the final released results depicted = α 0.907 and = α0/881 which consequently are gathered. Then a descriptive and illative statistics are used (Variance T test, Enova Test and Pierson Correlation Modulus) so as to demonstrate a relationship among personal characteristics, efficiency, and commitment. The results which have been driven from the data analysis have shown a peculiar relation between professional commitment (normative, permanent, and emotional) and staffs efficiency in Guilan Police officers. In addition, there have been found peculiar efficiency and commitment differences among age group, job background, and education level the participants’. Based on the present investigation, it is highly recommended, for improving staffs efficiency, to the Guilan police commanders to seriously consider staffs job commitments. At the end, it utterly suggests commanders use solutions so as to improve the so-called commitment.
