Designing a Native Model of Good Governance Based on Religious Teachings; Qualitative Research Based on Data Theory
The present study was conducted using the new concept of good governance in Islamic management studies with the aim of designing an indigenous model based on religious teachings. The research data were collected through a systematic review of the most prominent religious and historical documents and books of ancient Iran (Achaemenid period) and analyzed using the foundation data method. To qualitatively validate and validate the conceptual model obtained from the coding steps; The method of confirmation of selected experts was used using the combined judgment and snowball sampling method. Based on the research findings, the categories of competencies of managers and the unity of the common direction and goal of the pillars of the system as the causal conditions for the realization of good governance; Oversight, culture, the dynamism of the council principle, and knowledge-based consultation and management were identified as contextual contexts, pressure and betrayal of the people, corruption and betrayal in management, and management inefficiencies as interfering categories that undermine good governance. Focus on the areas of human, economic, political and cultural resources as strategies for achieving good governance and security in various areas, popular support, inclusive justice, growth and prosperity, efficiency and effectiveness, and adherence to identity and values. , The consequences of good governance were determined.
