The purpose of applied research and the method used is descriptive-analytical. While examining the concept of citizenship rights, the article examines the indicators of citizenship rights and then explains its relationship with the indicators of quality of life. The results show that quality of life is composed of several indicators and its realization requires development programs but requires prerequisites such as citizenship rights. In comparison, the concept of citizenship rights, especially in Iran, has less theoretical support and lack of awareness and education about citizenship rights has affected and affected the citizens' understanding of the concept of satisfaction; Therefore, since the awareness of citizens about citizenship rights is at the lowest level, demanding, which is the basic principle of citizenship rights, is practically meaningless.
