The effect of the function of political parties in realizing the model of Islamic human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran

Political parties play an important role in politics in the contemporary world. Given that addressing the various problems of political society as well as achieving desirable political and social models in any society requires the use of modern tools, political parties can play an important role in realizing the model of Islamic human rights. Given this concern, the question that arises is in what ways can political parties achieve the model of Islamic human rights? The findings of this study indicate that the model of Islamic human rights in various fields such as attention to the right to self-determination, defense of the rule of law, the principle of the right to self-determination and political participation, the right to life and dignified life and training of political elites. Can benefit from the function of the parties. The objective manifestation of this effectiveness can be extracted according to the principles of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has accepted the sovereignty of the nation over its own destiny, dignified life, training of efficient and competent political elites, as well as people's choice as examples of human rights. The method used in the present study is Qualitative-Interpretation which has analyzed the role of parties from a functional perspective.
