Designing a model for the role of strategic human resource management in reducing the organizational anomie in higher education
Any disturbance in the normative system of organizations causes a kind of confusion and disorder, which is interpreted as organizational anomie that imposes harmful effects on the organization. Educational organizations and universities, like any other organization, may be in disarray. Therefore, they need a management that can use its vital and strategic resources, which are the human resources of the organization, in the best possible way to achieve its goals and achieve the maximum organizational effectiveness. The present study is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of data type, it is qualitative and in terms of research method, it is foundation data. Participants in this study were based on the rule and principle of theoretical saturation, including 15 university professors in the field of human resources and managers of education and research in public universities who were selected by purposive and theoretical sampling method. Data collection tools are semi-structured in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Data validation was performed by participants using the verification method. Based on the research findings, dimensions and components were identified in six dimensions including: causal conditions, axial phenomena, contextual factors, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences. In selective coding, 17 main categories and 44 subcategories were extracted which were placed in the form of a paradigm model.
