The international responsibility of governments is one of the most fundamental institutions of international law, which has long occupied the members of the international community and has established close ties with all branches of international law. The international community has been constantly experiencing diverse and emerging legal situations in recent decades. Therefore, the cases that hold all governments accountable to the international community are not limited to certain cases.
