Designing the sustainable performance model of employees using a hierarchical fuzzy inference system
The stability of human resources performance is critical in evaluating their performance. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to present a model in the field of sustainable performance of employees in the Mostazafan Foundation of Islamic Revolution.
This research is practical in terms of purpose, descriptive, and survey in nature (method). The statistical population in this study includes general managers, directors, chiefs, senior advisors and senior experts in the property and real estate Mostazafan Foundation of Islamic Revolution. The number of members of the research population is 250 people. The size of the statistical sample was determined using the krejcie and Morgan table of 152 people. Research data were collected by field method and researcher-made questionnaire tool. In order to analyze the data, modelling with a hierarchical fuzzy inference system was used with the help of MATLAB software.
Success, quality of work, and sustainable behaviours led to the sustainable performance of the property and real estate of the Mostazafan Foundation of Islamic Revolution. , and strengthening these factors improves the sustainable performance of employees. The stable job performance in the mentioned organization was at the appropriate level, and the dimensions of success and job quality were also at the acceptable level. However, stable behaviour was moderate.
In order to maintain and promote sustainable job performance, it is appropriate for the officials of the mentioned organization to pay special attention to improving sustainable behaviours (green behaviours and environmental citizenship behaviour) and improving job quality (skill recognition, job independence, work-life balance, and job security). Moreover, the success of employees (learning and vitality) should also be considered.
