A descriptive-analytical approach and survey method are used in the current research as a means to accomplish its objectives. also Initial indicators are extracted after reading the library's articles and resources. And Delphi has been used to obtain the final indicators. The approach will be performed by experts who have been working in Jask for at least the past 10 years. In two rounds, experts have been asked to complete a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale in each round. on the other hand, the internal correlation was examined through Cronbach's alpha and was found to be 0.95 and 0.97, respectively, indicating an excellent correlation.
The study identified a number of human security factors that influence the development of Makran beaches.
