Designing a knowledge management establishment model in the General Registry Office of Bushehr Province

The purpose of this study is to design a model for establishing knowledge management in the General Registry Office of Bushehr Province. This research is a kind of theoretical research and its method is mixed with a sequential-exploratory approach according to the objectives of the research. The research method in the qualitative part was grounded theory. Both library and field methods were used to collect qualitative information. The required data were collected by semi-in-depth interview technique. To validate the results, the method of reliability, reliability and verification and to increase trust, two coders were used. The statistical population in this section consisted of all experts and specialists as well as experts and managers of the General Registry Office of Bushehr Province. Using purposive sampling method, 32 people were selected and the information required for the research was collected. Fluid, selective and selective services were used to analyze the data. The statistical population of the study in this section was all managers and experts in different fields of the General Registry Office of Bushehr Province, 92 people. Due to the limited research population, using the census sampling method, all employees and managers as a sample. Statistics of this section were selected. To analyze the data using the methods of he results showed that six components: staff, managers, laws and regulations, organizational structure, organizational culture and facilities and costs, are effective as components of the implementation of knowledge management system in the General Registry Office of Bushehr Province.
