Reflections of the Representatives' Approach of the Islamic Council in Mamasani city(With Emphasis on the Three Concepts of Technocracy, Bureaucracy, and Charisma)

This research aims to study the reflections of the Islamic Council of Representatives' approach in Mamasani city, emphasizing the three concepts of technocracy, bureaucracy, and charisma. The research method was descriptive-analytical and the results showed that the reflection of the "charismatic" approach was based on the identifier of "fame", devotion, emotional mobilization of the masses, and the separation of social-cultural institutions. The reflection of the "bureaucratic" approach, based on the "power" identifier, is the application of native attitudes in managerial changes and the disintegration of administrative institutions. The reflection of the "technocratic" approach based on the "wealth" identifier, is taking credit and budget allocation to the infrastructure of Mamasani's geographical space.
