Designing and validating the internship curriculum model for undergraduate students at Farhangian University

Abstract:
Introduction

Knowledge and skills acquired in higher education institutions have an important role in the cultural, social and economic development of the country. The aim of this study was to design and validate the internship curriculum model for undergraduate students of Farhangian University.

Methods

The research method was mixed (mixed) and the study population included curriculum planning specialists, professors of Tehran universities in the 1397-98 academic year, and study research departments of the author's office. Target sampling method was used to sample internship-related research, and snowball sampling method was used to sample specialists. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data from document review, list analysis of documents and data collection related to validation model. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data related to the design of the analysis and inference model, descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire and validation, and validity and Cronbach's alpha were taken to assess the validity and reliability tools.

Results

The result of the research is to provide a proposed model consisting of the basics, elements of the internship curriculum that are in the opinion of experts.

Conclusion

For each of the models, components are presented, according to which suitable contexts are provided for planners in designing and compiling the internship curriculum for undergraduate students and teachers.
