Analysis of the legal capacities of the federalism system in the realization and development of social justice with emphasis on the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran

From a theoretical and socio-political point of view, federalism today is not rooted in criticism of feudal sectarian monarchies, but is based on the postmodernist view of mosaic societies of different races, ethnicities and nationalities, and the recognition of different rights for different sections. This is a kind of return to the definition of society based on the race, nationality and ethnicity of individuals, and therefore in the strict sense of the word, it is a reactionary desire and tendency. Practically-politically, the slogan and demand of federalism in the last few decades after the collapse of the Soviet Union and with the disintegration of some Eastern European countries (for example, Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia) …) Was raised.
