A Comparative Study of Some Innovations in Criminal Procedure Law in the Juvenile Delinquency Stage in Iranian Law with US Law

This research is based on the method used by most researches in criminal law, is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and will be comparative in terms of content. It has also been a method of collecting library information. According to the findings, the new law on criminal procedure provides for new arrangements regarding the trial of children, such as the establishment of a special police for children and adolescents and the processing of cases of children and adolescents directly in the courts and mediation, which can be a reason. He knew that children should not be involved in a formal and complicated court process. Although today these judicial and non-judicial institutions have not been used in a principled way and in their true meaning, so these cases have remained in practice in theory. Juvenile delinquency has specific institutions and actions that are interesting in their own right, including the fact that if juveniles commit a federal crime, it is not possible to have their case heard in a federal court unless the federal government allows a case to be tried on a case-by-case basis. Slowly The next case is the dual jurisdiction of delinquency and guardians, so that according to the juvenile criminal system in this country, if a child commits a crime, if the court finds him a criminal, he can not place him in custody.
