Abstract:
Conflict in judicial opinions has different manifestations that can be checked from various aspects in different stages of proceedings. For example, in some cases, the interference of jurisdictions and judicial decisions causes conflict of opinions, which is very obvious in the news and can be considered as a weakness, but the main issue is how the interference of jurisdictions and judicial decisions causes conflict. Researchers have written that the law is vague when "people are not sure of its scope"; In other words, when two or more meanings are interpreted or taken from a ruling, it is said that that ruling is ambiguous. Therefore, our goal in this article is to examine and explain the basis of the conflict caused by jurisdictions and judicial decisions. At the same time, the conflicts caused by the interference of jurisdictions and judicial decisions cause the inflation of the judicial procedure, which in a way causes great damage to the judicial system. Our research method is also based on the method of library study and according to the theoretical nature of the article, it has been done in a descriptive-analytical way.
