The statistical population of the study included all teachers in Fars’s province (31,000 people) that by random sampling method, 386 people were selected as the research sample. The research instrument was the Social Capital Scale based on the Holy Quran (Torkzadeh & Mohtaram, 2020). In order to measure the validity of the scale, two methods of item analysis and first and second order confirmatory factor analysis were used and to measure its reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used. The results of item analysis showed a significant correlation between each item with the relevant sub-scale and social capital scale with the Islamic approach based on the Holy Quran in general. Also, the results of the first and second order confirmatory factor analysis showed that each of the items and components had a high validity to explain the relevant dimension and social capital based on the Holy Quran. Also, based on Cronbach's alpha values, the reliability of the scale and related subscales was evaluated as desirable. In addition, the results showed that the social capital based on the Holy Quran is moderate for teachers in Fars province. According to the output of this study, this scale can be used by researchers, managers and other employees in various fields as a basis for evaluating and identifying social capital with an Islamic approach.
