Designing Employee Work Engagement Model (Case Study: Airline of the Islamic Republic of Iran)
In today's competitive and challenging world, organizations need committed, motivated and engage employees to succeed. There are many problems and complexities in creating, maintaining and promoting the work Engagement of employees, that ignoring them can cause significant damage to the performance of the organization and the relationship between the organization and employees. Lack of sufficient knowledge and the lack of statistics and information in this field at the national and organizational level and the novelty of this field make the need to know and codify a suitable model of work Engagement for our country is important and necessary. To this end, the present study seeks to design a model of employee work engagement. The research method was mixed qualitatively and quantitatively and in the first stage, to present the model, the qualitative method of content analysis using the opinions of 10 industry experts using in-depth semi-structured interviews was used and the effective factors in this field were identified and classified through coding. In the second stage of the research, the model presented in the qualitative stage was quantitatively tested using the opinions of 220 employees of the Airlines of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In the model evaluation section, the structural equation modeling method was used and the data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling. The results show the extraction of three dimensions of cognitive, motivational and behavioral and 11 components and 35 indicators, indicating that the model is significant and components of stability and resilience are important factors.
