PESTEL Strategic Analysis of the Cultural and Communicational Contexts of the Sedition in the Fall 1401: Emphasizing the Gap in Socialization
The people's trust in the officials and the government as well as the persuasion of the people by the officials have many social and cultural supports. In the meantime, repairing the gaps created in the references and sources of socialization, as well as everyone's sense of responsibility for the changes in the reference groups belonging to the new generation are considered important factors. These factors in the new social world are constantly influenced by new media and social networks. In such a situation, the analysis of seditions and socio-political unrest requires attention to complex and multiple aspects and layers. This article tries to root, identify and interpret the cultural and communication contexts of 1401 sedition using the PESTEL strategic analysis method. For this purpose, the main emphasis has been placed on the relationships between the concepts of socialization, reference groups (the role of celebrities) and social networks. The findings of the research have been articulated in 11 axes and the existing weaknesses and shortcomings have been addressed along with the needs and strengths. In presenting the solutions, attention has been paid to the issues of "cognitive warfare" and "explanation jihad".
