Abstract:
The literature in this article reflects the approach of regime change and behavior change from the perspective of US foreign policy makers and reflects the experience of the dominant government in the international system to imposed change. The research process begins with the disambiguation and clarification of the concept of regime change and behavior change, based on a descriptive historical approach to the strategy of the United States of America in adopting this policy. Based on this, the main hypothesis is "the application and institutionalization of change (regime behavior and the nature of the regime) in a country arising from the use of US forms of power (soft, hard, smart, etc.) and The policy of regime change is the intersection point of US national security doctrine approaches. The regime change and transition process is gradually and time-consuming process with long-term and short-term strategies for the United States that In fact, the obtained results are in many ways preferable to regime change rather than behavior change, and the promise of mitigation and reduction of hostile actions In case of behavior change of countries is sometimes used as a deception to motivate countries to regime change.
