Identify and analyze the factors affecting talent management for Farhangian University in the south of the country

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the factors affecting talent management for Farhangian University in the south of the country. This research was carried out in terms of the purpose of the foundation. The research community was formed by experts in the field of educational sciences who are experts in the field of talent management (they had books or textbooks). Based on theoretical saturation criteria, 10 people were selected in a targeted way. Data was collected by semi-structured interview.
