1,346 / 5,000Translation resultsThis article examines the situation of eastern Golestan province in the villages of Gonbad, Minoodasht and Kalaleh counties by raising the issue of the difference between rural women's occupations and new approaches to rural development. This issue was raised in 1396 in the official structure of the country's management system. Golestan province is one of the provinces with geographical and ethnic diversity of favorable opportunities for development and participation of women in home-based businesses. With reference to the national documents, this article has sought to find solutions for the promotion and development of rural home-based businesses according to the school of modernization. The statistical population consists of two groups of 20 elites to identify the components of the development model and working women in the eastern villages of Golestan province, which are specifically the villages of Gonbad, Minoodasht and Kalaleh. The sample size is 381 people and the sampling method in this study is random. The research findings indicate that the current situation of rural home-based businesses is significantly different from the favorable situation. 2- The relevant hypothesis in all three cities of Gonbad, Minoodasht and Kalaleh was confirmed as follows: The development of rural home-based businesses has a significant relationship with obstacles (social, economic and cultural). 3- Promotion and development of rural home-based businesses has a significant relationship with modernization (modern) and participatory approach.
