Investigating the Relationship between Corruption Perceptions and Social Justice Perceptions (Case Study of Sari Citizens)

This article seeks to investigate the relationship between the perception of corruption and social justice among citizens aged 30 and over in Sari city in Mazandaran province. In this study, I used the theory of Rawls, Marx, Weber, Pareto and Durkheim to explain the relationship between corruption and the feeling of social justice. The required data were collected by survey method and questionnaire tools from a statistical sample of 400 people. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The research findings show that between the dimensions of the corruption perception variable and the justice perception variable Social, there is a significant relationship. Examining the relationship between variables shows that there is an inverse and negative correlation between variables, the highest impact after the perception of total corruption, respectively, perception of international corruption, perception of systemic corruption, perception of macro corruption Among the dimensions of corruption perception, the most destructive relationship and effect based on Pearson correlation coefficient and regression on social justice is related to the dimension of systemic corruption and perception of corruption. Respondents consider systemic corruption as one of the most important issues and problems of society. The results of the research confirm the theories presented in the theoretical framework and are in line with previous research.
