Abstract:

Government is the military under which a country or a community is governed. Government is the tool by which government policies are implemented, and it is also the policy-maker and determinant of the strategies facing the country. The type of government and the way the country is governed depend on the different political systems and institutions and tools that are used by them. The government, in whatever form it takes, influences all the activities of the citizens in very important ways. Therefore, in any kind of government, the principle of dictatorship, which is based on the opinion and opinion of the people, must be respected. Being popular means that the people play a role in the government, that is, the people play a role in governing the government and forming the government and appointing the ruler, and in determining the governmental and political regime. If a government claims to be a people, it must in the first sense be both a people, that is, the people have a role in this government and in determining the ruler.
